ASL VAR Var Router Intellevac Network Interface Adaptor
AS-VAR-VAR-NIA
The VAR Router Network Interface Adapter (VAR-NIA) is a rack mount Network Interface Unit, which allows VAR12 and VAR20 Routers to be interfaced to an Intellevac Voice Alarm Network in compliance to BS5839. The VAR Router controlled zones may then be paged from the system Audio Control Unit, or any paging or emergency microphone which is connected to it. DVAs initiated from the Audio Control Unit may also be played. The Audio Control Unit can be either the wall mount Intellevac ACU Audio Control Unit or the rack mount VAR8-ACU. The Intellevac Network is the BS5839 solution for large sites with rack systems in multiple equipment rooms. In addition to enabling the operation of networked Voice Alarm system racks over multiple equipment rooms, the VAR-NIA is fully compatible with the Intellevac wall mounting Voice Alarm System, allowing hybrid system architectures, including both rack mount and wall mount units. The VAR-NIA supports four separate fault tolerant network loops run in a single CAT5 cable. There are three analogue audio loops, where the audio originates from the Audio Control Unit and is bi-directionally propagated around the network. The fourth loop is a RS485 data loop, and is used to transmit control information from the Audio Control Unit to the rest of the network, and status information back to the Audio Control Unit. Both the audio and data network loops are tolerant to open and short circuit faults.

ASL Vipedia RJ45 Din Terminal Breakout Adapter - Four Port
AS-VIP-VIPEDIA-BOA02
The BOA02 is an interface board assists in connecting outputs from the VIPEDIA-12 to both the V2000 and V400 amplifier mainframes. The BOA02 is a simple Quad DIN Rail mount RJ45 cable Break Out Adaptor, which can be used to provide connections from non-RJ45 installation wiring to ASL VIPEDIA-12 IP Audio routers, and to similar equipment with RJ45 connections. The BOA02 has four RJ45 I/O ports and four blocks of eight terminals, plus four screen terminals. The four pairs of signals from each RJ45 port are each taken to a pair of terminals on one of the terminal blocks, and each terminal block has an associated screen connection which is taken to the RJ45 connector?s screen.

ASL Vipedia RJ45 Din Terminal Breakout Adapter - Single Port
AS-VIP-VIPEDIA-BOA01
The BOA01 is an interface board that assists in connecting field cabling from microphones to VIPEDIA-12 RJ45 inputs. The BOA01 is a DIN Rail mount RJ45 cable Break Out Adaptor, which has many uses in providing connections from non-RJ45 installation wiring to ASL VIPEDIA-12 IP Audio routers. The primary applications of the BOA01 are to break out all of the connections from one RJ45 port to eight screw terminals, and to break out of the two Audio Input connections from each of four VIPEDIA-12 Audio Input Ports, where the additional data and power connections of the VIPEDIA-12 Audio Input ports are not required. The other main use is for the termination of heavy duty fire resistantEmergency Microphone installation cables to RJ45 patch leads, in order to enable connection to a VIPEDIA-12, ?and also for the termination of installation cables which require End of Line Monitoring Resistors to RJ45 patch leads, in order to enable connection to a VIPEDIA-12.

Ateis IDA8 Alarm Input Board
AT-IDA-URGP-32in/4ou
The URGP is a contact interface extension unit to the IDA8 System and DIVA8 System. ??Each URGP provides 32 additional ?alarm ?inputs. ?Each ?input ?is ?monitored ?and ?can ?be ?programmed ?to trigger ?a digital ?audio message into a specific ?zone or group of zones. ?The URGP ?is linked to the System ?units ?through an RS232 /RS485 monitored serial link.

Ateis IDA8 Audio Network Card
AT-IDA-NET-C1
ATE?S has developed its own audio networking system ??ATE?S-Net Secured Audio Network??. This Ethernet based network is able to simultaneously transport 48 audio channels (32 bits, 48 KHz sampling rate) with a latency <1msec together with the necessary control data. For decentralized or big applications, an optional networking card can be inserted inside the LAP-AS's.Thanks to its loop architecture, the ATE?S-Net Secured Audio Network audio network is fully redundant. If a problem (Line open or shorted) occurs on a loop segment, it will be automatically isolated without affecting the system functionalities.Up to 32 LAP-AS's can be connected together on the same network. As the Network addresses are auto-negotiated, the network set up is very easy. Once programmed, the system will be able to work independently (off-line) without the PC.
